Unite Health & Fitness is an online fitness platform offering a weekly schedule of follow-along workout sessions with our expert trainers. Headed by our experienced trainer Harrison, we provide a mix of 6 new workouts every week, including single kettlebell, double kettlebell, bodyweight and running sessions.

Each week, we upload 6 brand new workouts that cater to all fitness levels.

You’ll find:

Plus, you’ll also get access to a wide variety of bodyweight workouts, along with dedicated sections for abs + core, beginner-friendly routines, and yoga sessions.

Our workouts require a set of kettlebells, but we also offer plenty of bodyweight exercises that don’t need any equipment. If you have a set of kettlebells at home, you’ll be able to follow our weekly routines. .
