What is Unite Health & Fitness?
Unite Health & Fitness is an online fitness platform offering a weekly schedule of follow-along workout sessions with our expert trainers. Headed by our experienced trainer Harrison, we provide a mix of 6 new workouts every week, including single kettlebell, double kettlebell, bodyweight and running sessions.
What kind of workouts can I expect each week?
Each week, we upload 6 brand new workouts that cater to all fitness levels.
You’ll find:
4 Double Kettlebell Workouts
2 Single Kettlebell Workouts
2 Running Sessions
Plus, you’ll also get access to a wide variety of bodyweight workouts, along with dedicated sections for abs + core, beginner-friendly routines, and yoga sessions.
Do I need any special equipment to join the workouts?
Our workouts require a set of kettlebells, but we also offer plenty of bodyweight exercises that don’t need any equipment. If you have a set of kettlebells at home, you’ll be able to follow our weekly routines. .
I’m a complete beginner. Can I still join?
Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly workouts designed specifically for those new to fitness. These workouts are slower-paced with clear instructions to help you build confidence and strength. You can start at your own pace and progress over time!
How often are new workouts uploaded?
We upload new workouts every week. You’ll have access to a fresh weekly schedule with 6 new workout videos, so you’ll never run out of content to keep your routine exciting and challenging.
Can I access the platform anytime, or do I need to follow a set schedule?
You can access our workouts at any time! The weekly timetable is just a guide, and you’re free to choose which workouts to follow and when. You can work out at your convenience, whether that’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
Do I need to have a subscription to access the workouts?
Yes, a subscription is required to access our full range of workouts and exclusive content. Once subscribed, you’ll get full access to all weekly workouts and different sections like abs & core.

Can I join live workouts or are they pre-recorded?
All our workouts are pre-recorded, allowing you to follow them on your own schedule. While we don’t offer live classes, you can enjoy the flexibility of working out at any time that suits you.

Yes! We provide nutrition advice tailored for different goals. Whether you’re aiming for muscle building, fat loss, or maintenance, we offer nutrition plans for, males/ females & vegan options.

Can I build muscle on the Unite Health & Fitness program?
Yes, you can build muscle with the Unite Health & Fitness program! To maximize muscle growth, focus on lifting heavier weights within your workouts, perform adequate reps, and follow the right nutrition plan to support muscle development. With consistency, you’ll see great results!
Is there any other workouts I can do if I don’t want to follow one of the weekly scheduled workouts?
Yes! We offer a variety of other workouts in different sections of the platform. For example, we have bodyweight sessions, single kettlebell sessions, and abs & core sessions, These workouts provide variety and can be a great option if you’re looking for something different from the weekly schedule.
