I’m Harrison Sutton, founder and head coach, and I built Unite so you can feel that same transformation—no matter where you train or how hectic life gets.

To give everyday people the structure of elite sport and the support of a close-knit gym crew, all through an online platform you can open in a spare bedroom, hotel room or park bench. We measure success by three pillars:

Owner & Head Coach founder of Unite Health Fitness. Three-time Paras 10 champion and England Boxing Level 1 coach with a lifetime in sport. Harrison turns tested training methods into fun, sustainable programmes that put authenticity before fads. His mission: guide every member—beginner or seasoned—to real, lasting results with plans that fit their life, not just a trend.
HARRISON SUTTON Founder & Head Coach
I’m Ashana, I am 19 and I have recently qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’m all about hard work, motivation, and helping others smash their goals. I also have a big passion for running, and I love inspiring others to find joy in movement. Really excited to be part of the team and to bring lots of energy to every session!
ASHANA RAYNES Coach/Athlete
I’m Jack, I’m 20 and have a huge passion for fitness and boxing. I’m currently competing as an amateur boxer and started my journey with Unite from the very beginning, that’s where I discovered my love for kettlebells. I’m really excited to be part of the team and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.
JACK DRUM Coach/Athlete
I’m Alex Goulden, I’ve always had a passion for sport and fitness. I played football for most of my life until multiple knee surgeries cut short my playing career and shifted my passion to kettlebell training and running. My purpose for training is the confidence of feeling physically fit and strong, being healthy and the mental wellbeing that unite training brings. I’m heavily focussed on the principle of having ‘balance’ in all aspects of life.
