founder of Unite Health Fitness. I’m passionate about helping people reach their full potential while creating a fitness journey that’s not only effective but also enjoyable.
With a long background in sport and a diverse range of training methods under my belt, I’ve had the opportunity to experiment, learn, and fine-tune what works best. I’m also proud to be England Boxing Level 1 qualified and a two-time winner of the Paras 10 Ultimate Endurance Race—experiences that have shaped my approach to fitness and training.
I pride myself on authenticity and staying true to who I am. In a world full of trends and quick fixes, I believe in being real and building a fitness routine that’s personal, sustainable, and rooted in what actually works. Over the years, I’ve developed a unique blend of training techniques that focuses on real results, while making sure you enjoy the journey along the way.

Hi I’m El.
I have always been into fitness from a young age. It started with playing football for Tranmere Rovers, and my love for fitness grew from there.
I have always used fitness as a way to mentally and physically challenge myself and I truly believe it makes you a better person in all aspects of life. I have a huge love for training and I show this by practicing it every day.
My goal is to help as many people as I can by starting them on this amazing journey and showing them how life changing fitness can be!
Justine Traynor | Coach
My name is justine, I have been heavily involved in strength and fitness for around 9 years. After having two children and struggling with mental health it was the only thing that helped me along the way. From living abroad owning my own fitness studio, to being a fitness instructor at the world famous Barry’s bootcamp,
I am now broadening my knowledge coaching vulnerable children and adults. While doing this my message and work ethic has always been the same.
Exercise, no matter who you are training, helps everyone not only physically but mentally even more so.
I like to help people find their way through fitness for a healthier and happier life.

Emma Dalton | Yoga Instructor
Hello! I'm Emma, the Unite Yoga Instructor. With 10 years of personal practice and over 6 years of teaching experience, I've had the privilege of guiding students through all stages of life— from children and teens to expectant mothers and those who prefer a more accessible, chair-based practice.
As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with 450 hours of specialized training, I’m passionate about making yoga accessible for Every Body. My goal is to help you find balance, strength, and mindfulness, no matter where you are in your journey.
